Transparency, Ethical Values, and Continuous Improvement

 

As an organization that operates with a sense of corporate responsibility, we value the managerial dimension of sustainability just as much as other areas. We regularly monitor and report our sustainability goals, ensuring continuous improvement through open communication with our stakeholders. In all our decision processes, we consistently consider environmental and social impacts.

 

  • Our sustainability committee meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of each month, under the guidance of our consultant who is an expert in his field and has international experience, and under the leadership of our Board of Directors member, Ms. Gizem DEMİRCİ. Monthly targets and evaluations are made and new projects are planned based on the experiences we have gained from the projects we have carried out.
  • Our staff is informed about sustainability through a monthly bulletin.
  • World For Us was printed on the back of all hotel vehicles and awareness was created for our sustainability policy.
  • Our sustainability report is placed as a booklet in hotel areas to inform and encourage our guests and employees about protecting the environment.
  • In order to increase our female employee rate, priority is given to female employees in recruitment.
  • Everything Starts with You! With the slogan, we ensure that our staff is environmentally sensitive and aware, and our articles starting with this slogan and containing savings information are placed in personnel areas.
  • We encouraged our employees to collect waste oil and batteries in our hotel collection areas and provided a recycling process.
  • Information posters and visuals about the World For Us project are placed in personnel areas.
  • In order to understand individuals with special needs (disabled) and to have a healthier approach to them, awareness training was given to our employees by RAM (Guidance and Research Center) experts with the approval of District National Education.
  • Our hotels are within the borders of the natural protected area determined by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change in Antalya Manavgat. In this context, it undergoes ministry inspections at regular intervals, structuring is ensured in accordance with legislative protection requirements and the necessary permits are obtained.
