The esteemed Chairman of Emir Hotels, Mr. Arslan Zeki Demirci, came from his hometown of Zonguldak in 1987, rented Karaelmas Hotel with 70 rooms and started his tourism journey with his son Ahmet Demirci. With the construction of Emirhan Hotel in 1989, the first steps of a chain brand that goes beyond world standards were taken. In 1993, a total of 187 rooms were reached with Emirhan Side Güneşi and Emirhan Hotel and the beginning of the quality service concept in the tourism sector was continued.
Emir Hotels acquired the 243-room Tui Blue Xanthe, which was established in 2002 and opened in 2004. This growth trajectory gained momentum with the 234-room Tui Blue Side Hotel, which opened in 2009. Finally, in 2014, the 374-room The Sense De Luxe facility was opened, bringing a different sense of quality to the region and becoming the region's favourite in the first few months. We continued to become the region's leading hotel chain brand with 2,000 beds.
In addition, Emir Hotels is taking rapid steps to become a pioneer in sports tourism with its 50 m² fully Olympic-sized heated pool in the Tui Blue Xanthe complex and the sports complex with 10 football fields located 800 m from the hotels.
