On the path we took with our philosophy of producing and consuming the natural within the scope of Emir Hotels' sustainability vision, World For us, we had great success. This unique experience of the Nyübu philosophy, which is based on returning to nature, becoming one with nature, producing and consuming the natural, and harvesting the plants carefully planted in the ground in a fun-filled feast, provided a great opportunity for those who want to discover the richness of nature and cuisine.
The first two days of our festival were full of various workshops led by the famous chef Ali Ronay. While participants received in-depth information about the history, uses and taste of lemons and olives, they were also equipped with practical information. The recipes prepared by Chef Ronay's expert hands offered guests the opportunity to try new flavours. They not only learned how to prepare lemons and olives, but also discovered the place of these foods in their kitchen.
On the third day of our festival, we organized a final picnic in parallel with our Thanksgiving feast. This special day was accompanied by delicious food prepared with natural and organic products. Guests enjoyed nature and the sun, as well as lemon and olive-themed delicacies. These beautiful moments, where music and entertainment intertwined, enhanced the peace and pleasure that nature offers even more.
We would like to thank all the guests who participated in this festival where we combined the sound of nature with the harmony of World For Us. It was a great pleasure for us to experience these beautiful memories together and celebrate nature and natural products.
If you do not want to miss our next festival, we invite you to our event that we will organize next year at Emir Hotels. We can't wait to share these special moments with you and get to know the beauties of nature more closely.
